STRIKER Takes It To The MAX

Wether its mobile, portable or fixed plant, the new range of MAX Plant from STRIKER covers it all. STRIKER has spent several years now perfecting the idea of modular plants, with a focus on the Iron Ore sector and the need to have plants installed onto Greenfield and existing sites in a matter of months
and not years.

The MAX Plant concept allows clients to use unlimited combinations of our standard plant, whether it be jaw crushers, cone crushers, multi deck screening plants, conveyors and sampling stations that are all designed to create a user friendly modular system that can be added to at any stage of the project life. Add a crusher, remove a screen, whatever the application with a MAX Plant the possibilities are endless.

Jim Hamill is STRIKER’s Mining Projects Manager and largely responsible for the implementation of our MAX Plant projects throughout Australia, comments "The initial MAX Plant was located in the mid west of Western Australia and was designed to allow the miner to have production coming from the mine in a very short period of time. This plant has since operated around the clock for the past 5 years".

Since this initial plant striker has produced another half dozen portable and mobile MAX plants for contractors and mining companies in Australia. With plants ranging from 1 MTPA up to 7MTPA. Unlike traditional fixed plant that is rigid and inflexible, the MAX Plants’ modular design produces significant cost savings due to rapid set up time and the ability to add on modular sections if the need arises to expand capacity.

All plants are designed to be powered by either diesel hydraulic, mains electricity or generator.
